and strategic in their leadership and approach to business and how technology can
be best utilized.
Mick Sehgal
A multifaceted executive with domestic and international experience, over the past
20 years Mick Sehgal has enjoyed a proven track record in profit and loss management,
information technology, project management, operations assessment, risk analysis,
business process reengineering, business case analysis, mergers/acquisitions and
strategic planning.
He began his career at AT&T, where he held a series of increasingly responsible
positions in operations and auditing. Before starting Sequent in 2001, Mick was
CFO and a member of the board of directors at Hamilton Scientific, an e-health company.
In addition, Mick heads up Frontier Metals, a multinational trading company
Under Mick’s leadership, Sequent has grown into a powerhouse company with offices
and team members in both the United States and India.
At Sequent, Mick is responsible for business development and complete oversight
of all IT projects for mid-capital and Fortune 500 companies. He is a sought-after
speaker on business intelligence (BI) and data warehousing at such forums including
the New Jersey Technology Council and the New Jersey Institute of Technology (NJIT).
He earned both an M.S. in applied statistics and an M.B.A. in finance from the University
of North Carolina. Mick received his B.S. degree in mechanical engineering from
the Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda (MSU), one of India’s largest and well
known universities.
CJ Singh
CJ is a seasoned technology professional with extensive business experience and
development focused on end users. He has led teams on numerous cross-functional
projects in a broad range of industries including pharmaceuticals, financial services,
staffing and manufacturing.
CJ’s expertise includes total lifecycle software development; system architecture,
design and development and data integration projects using the latest software development
tools and techniques.
His superior command of numerous front and back-end languages makes him an exceptional
leader for any technology business solution project.
CJ’s professional background includes working as a technical manager and team leader
for Omnipoint, a pioneer and leading provider of GSM-based mobile phone services
that later merged with VoiceStream Wireless and T-Mobile.
At Sequent CJ is the lead solution designer integrator for the company’s major clients
including Novartis, Englert, New Jersey Sports Authority-Meadowlands Racetrack,
Expo Electronics and 6th Avenue Electronics. He also provides IT consulting to numerous
pharmaceutical and manufacturing companies, supplying them with systems integration
intelligence, application development and campaign management.
CJ graduated summa cum laude from the New Jersey Institute of Technology (NJIT),
and received his MBA with a concentration on information technology from Rutgers
Business School.
