How To Talk To Us
You can authorize up to three people in your company as designated support contacts. These contacts will communicate with our support analysts. Our support analysts diagnose and/or resolve any software issues you have, and can, in some cases, troubleshoot your problem by gaining access to your desktop remotely. Second Line of Support
We also offer a second line of support, staffed by dedicated technicians who provide help to you through email, web and telephone during normal business hours of 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. ET in the U.S.
